Just before we left town, I snapped a peak at mom and dad's big furnace project. Kind of sad to see those big lilacs go- I have happy memories playing back there, but it sounds like it was quite necessary. Sure changes the look of things back there. I hope mom and dad are taking more pictures, but I just thought I would share a visual.

Thanks for keeping track of our project. We will post some new photos of how it looks now. So far, I think we have frustrated several snakes that have been prowling around the new cement. (easy targets for my snake-killing husband).
